The Husqvarna V548 is a professional stand-on zero-turn mower from Husqvarna’s V500 Series, designed for commercial landscapers who want the speed and maneuverability of a zero-turn combined with the compact footprint and rapid mount/dismount of a walk-behind. It’s ideal for crews working multiple properties who need more units on the trailer without sacrificing cut quality.
Power comes from a 24.5 HP Kawasaki FX751V V-Twin engine with full-pressure lubrication, oil pump, and oil filter – Kawasaki’s commercial FX Series, built for long service life. The Hydro-Gear pump/wheel-motor drive system delivers 0–11 mph forward and 0–6 mph reverse speeds, with a single-lever bypass mode for fast, tool-free transmission disengagement.
The 48-in. 7-gauge fabricated ClearCut™ cutting deck delivers clean results across varied conditions. The operator stands between the wheels rather than behind them, improving weight distribution and traction especially during zero-turn maneuvers, and a flip-up platform helps tackle difficult terrain or tight spaces.
